Photo shoot for Metro Home Magazine : Gastronomy Dishes with Chef Gigi and Chef Rob in Global Academy Makati

This is a salad created by Chef Rob Pengson - Beet Jelly with Goat Cheese. I tasted it  and it was… hahaha different… Earthy and strong… hahaha! I’m not experimental with food but it was so interesting. I liked the goat cheese though. 

In the 2nd photo. That is called Borage. It’s an edible plant and of course i was curious enough to try it! It tasted like Oysters….. I’m serious! It was also verrry interesting. hahaha!
